TESTIMONIALS

  • - Pete Dell

I can't recommend these guys enough, I had the misfortune of getting another Northland company to install my fully ducted air-con system 3 years ago and it never worked properly. Dave came in, told me exactly what was wrong with it, replaced it with the system that should have been installed in the first place and I can tell you, it's the best thing I ever did, I just wish I had known him in the first place. If you want a great job done right by good guys this is the best company in Northland.

The Team from Far North Heat Pumps and Appliances did a fantastic maintenance and repair job on a heat pump we inherited with the house we'd recently bought. It got us through last summer, then died from old age as predicted. Dave and Shana provided us with info on products and quotes, and options on a payment plan. Their team removed the old heatpump and installed the new one in a couple of hours, including tidying up after themselves. We are impressed and grateful for their services.

We couldn't have asked for more friendly and efficient service, awesome team to deal with and great advice given for our particular needs. The technicians worked above and beyond to make sure the job was done, in bad weather to boot. I wouldn't go anywhere else, plus I love the fact that they are a family run business.
